Nope, this isn't Silver's wolf form.
I know who he is, but you don't get to know until about 6 or 7 pages up ahead  He's not a major character, but he's still neat. Gawsh, I have a ref up for an unimportant character before I have one for Silver, one of the main characters...sigh.
