It's Fallow for either "I THINK YOU'RE SWELL." or "SURPRISE BUTT RAPE!" Take your pick :/ I think he feels violated either way. And thanks to =BlackTailwolf for helping me with colors  I've noticed that whenever I color canines now-a-days I tend to make the coloration a little more complicated, but I tried to make him look simple-ish because Fallow's colors and designs are so simple. Still looks a little out of place though XDCompletely random edit that you prolly wont understand- YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!
